Dr. Corbet Ellison, DDS

Pediatric Dentist

A Houston native, Dr. Ellison completed his undergraduate studies at the Howard University where he received his BA in Biological Sciences in 1997. He then attended Howard’s College of Dentistry where he graduated with his DDS in 2001. Staying true to his alma mater at Howard, Dr. Ellison also completed his Pediatric Dentistry Residency in 2003. After completing his Pediatric Dental training, Dr. Ellison served in the US Air Force for 4 years treating US military service dependents abroad.

Dr. Ellison has worked in the dental field for a total of 20 years, spending 18 of those years in pediatric dentistry. He has performed over 3,000 Pediatric Dental Surgery cases under General Anesthesia and is an active member of the following professional organizations:

– American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry
– Texas Academy of Pediatric Dentistry
– American Dental Association
– National Dental Association

Currently, Sukari is enrolled at San Jacinto College to become a dental hygienist. Her favorite field of dentistry is pediatrics because she loves working with kids. Their unique personalities and creativity always brighten her day. She has a 7-year-old daughter who is full of energy and very spontaneous, so Sukari is very good on her feet. In her spare time, she loves to play volleyball and kickball as well as shopping and taking trips with her family.
